"Shogayaki"

For busy folks, I'm going to introduce a very simple and tasty dish "Shogayaki"!
In Japan, "Shogayaki" is familiar and fast recipe by using thinly sliced pork.
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
200g thinly sliced Pork loin
2 tablespoons Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sake, 1/2 teaspoon squeezed ginger
2-3 leaves Lettuce, 1 tablespoon salad oil

Preparation
PORK Cut into bite size pieces.
Mix soy sauce, sake and ginger juice in a bowl.
Add pork and knead to taste.
LETTUCE Put lettuce in iced water to make crispy. Take lettuce out and drain.
Cut into bite-size and spread them on a dish.


Cooking

Spread salad oil in a heated pan.
Put pork while spreading it one by one and fry at a middle heat.
2 Serve the pork on the lettuce and put gravy on.

Recommendation:
Let's try China bowl style!
1) Take the broiled meat out, fry rice while putting the gravy.
2) Cut lettuce into fine stripes.
3) Serve the fried rice in a bowl, put lettuce on the rice and serve the meat.
