Are you excited about or afraid of starting new life? (In Japan, school and company welcome new student and employee in April.) Speaking of new grad, in Japan, almost all the new employees take an induction training after they enter a company. But if you turn your eyes to U.S., training for new employees is not common since it is supposed to exist not for new employees but for midable managers and specialists for more practical purpose. It seems to me that practice is more important than formality in U.S. as the proverb says "Practice makes perfect". I see... people in U.S. put higher priority on Ability. Meanwhile, many people start to take further education to get some licenses, as well. To follow them, I wonder if I need to start exercise to shape up my chubby stomach?!
