"EBI FURAI"
(Fried shrimp)

What a tasty crispy fried shrimp is! Please try EBI FURAI!
When it's a small shrimp, cut in half and spread, looks become fine.


Ingredients (for 4 servings)
12 shrimp, 3 tablespoons white wine, salt and pepper as suitable,
flour, beaten egg, bread crumbs as suitable, 4-5 leaves cabbage


Cooking
1. Slice cabbage and serve on a plate.
2. Remove vein and shell from body of shrimp, but not the tail.


Cut the edge of tail for good appearance and scrape the dirt off.



Make 2 or 3 cut into body and straighten.

Sprinkle salt, pepper and wine, and leave it for 15 minutes.
3. Drain the moisture of shrimp.
Coat the shrimp with flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs.


Fry shrimp at 180°C.

4. Serve fried shrimp on side of cabbage.
Please eat with worcester sauce.


Mariko's Recommendation
<Tartar Sauce>
Instead of worcester sauce, tartar (white) sauce is good for fried seafood! Here's the recipe of TARTAR SAUCE.
Please mix all ingredients.


Chopped boiled egg...1 Chopped onion...1/4
Chopped pickles...1 Chopped parsley... 2 teaspoons
2 teaspoons lemon liquid, 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper as suitable
