| Ingredients (for 3 - 4 servings) | ||
| 1/2 cup green peas, 2 cups rice, 2 cups water, 1 tablespoon sake, 1 teaspoon salt

| Preparing | |
| 1. | Wash rice and drain. Remove rice into a sieve and leave it for 30 minutes. |
| 2. | Take beans out from the shell, wash and sprinkle salt. |
| Cooking | |
| 1. | Put rice, water, sake and salt in a rice cooker. Mix them lightly and switch on. |
| 2. | When rice boiled, add green peas and cook continuously until when you hear the alarm to let you know rice cooked. |
| 3. | When rice cooked, leave it for 10 minutes to steam. Then, mix and serve them in each bowl. |
