Mariko's easy recipe comes again! If you have an oven, you can cook a tasty spinach quiche, so long as you mix ingredients.
You may feel fluffy taste in your mouth.

INGREDIENT 21cm (8 inch) pie dish
120 g spinach, 1/2 onion, 3 slices of ham,
2 slices of bacon, 3 eggs (beaten), 200cc fresh cream,
120g shredded Gruyére Cheese,
salt and pepper to taste, butter as needed
| 1 cup = 200cc / 1tbsp = 15cc / 1 teaspoon = 5cc |

RECIPE
Spinach: Boil spinach quickly and drain well. Cut into 3cm length.
 Onion: Chop or cut into tiny pieces.
Ham: Cut into 1cm square
Bacon: Cut thinly
(1) In a bowl, combine egg, fresh cream, shredded Gruyére Cheese,
salt and pepper --- (A)
(2) Add spinach, onion, ham and bacon to (A). --- (B)
(3) Spread butter evenly on a pie dish.
(4) Pour (B) into the pie dish and sprinkle shredded butter on the
top. --- (C)
(5) Bake (C) for 35 - 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C)
Mariko's Advice
You had better to pour the mixture less than full height of container because
quiche swells when it cooked. As it cool down, the height will be exactly
fine. |
