RECIPE

PREPARATION

Onion: Chop or cut into tiny pieces.
Ham: Cut into 1cm square
Bacon: Cut thinly

COOKING
(1) In a bowl, combine egg, fresh cream, shredded Gruyére Cheese, salt and pepper --- (A)
(2) Add spinach, onion, ham and bacon to (A). --- (B)
(3) Spread butter evenly on a pie dish.
(4) Pour (B) into the pie dish and sprinkle shredded butter on the
top. --- (C)
(5) Bake (C) for 35 - 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C)

Mariko's Advice

You had better to pour the mixture less than full height of container because quiche swells when it cooked. As it cool down, the height will be exactly fine.
