The rich desert appears from pancake mix, just little arrange.
I recommend it to serve to warm up, but cool clafouti is also good.

| Ingredients (for 18x8cm 2 baking dishes) |
200g pancake mix
30cc fresh cream, 1 egg, 60cc milk, 50cc yogurt
1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp white wine,
Canned pear as needed |

| 1 cup = 200cc / 1tbsp = 15cc / 1 teaspoon = 5cc |

RECIPE
1. Slice and drain pears.
2. Pour egg and fresh cream in a bowl and mix well. (A)
3. Put pancake mix in other bowl, make hollow in the middle, add (A) little by little and mix.
4. Add milk sugar, yogurt and white wine, and mix. (B)
1. Pour a half of (B) in a baking dish and spread a half of pears.
2. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C or until golden brown.
3. Do the same direction to make more one dish by the remaining of ingredients.
Mariko's advice
Before pouring (B) in a baking dish, you had better moist or butter the
dish to take out easily.
Instead of pear, banana and chocolate chip are available.
