| Women love sweets, but to our regret, sweets are generally thought as a source of fat or harmful to our health. However, according to Chinese epicurean culture, which has been cultivated for a long time and considers foods as medicinal remedy, sweets are the finishing touch to a complete meal and absolutely indispensable. Based on this philosophy, a specialty restaurant of sweets started up in Hong Kong, rapidly gained popularity and eventually setting up a branch here in Japan as well. The restaurant we would like to introduce today is a wonderful restaurant especially for the sweet tooth, the "Tou Chou" Aoyama branch.
