"Tea flavored pumpkin pudding"

I recommend you to use tea leaves like Assam and Uva which are suitable for milk tea.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
300g(1/4) pumpkin, 15g tea leaves, 200cc fresh cream
400g milk, 5 beaten egg yolk, 3 tbsp sugar, 100g honey
Vanilla flavoring and butter as needed

1 cup = 200cc / 1tbsp = 15cc / 1 teaspoon = 5cc

RECIPE
Preparation
1. Put pumpkin into a microwave for 4 minutes.
2. Peel the skin, mash and strain.
* Keep the peel to use for garnish.
* Canned pumpkin puree is available.


Making Pudding
1. Put milk and tea leaves in a pot. Heat it on the middle heat.
2. After boiling, remove the pot from the heat and cool it. -
(A).
3. Put sugar, egg yolk, honey and vanilla flavoring in a bowl and mix them well.
4. Strain
(A) out, add it to the bowl and mix. - (B)
5. Add strained pumpkin and fresh cream to (B) and combine.
5. Spread butter on each cup and pour
(B) in.
6. Pour hot water in a plate, place cups and bake them on 150°C for 30 minutes.

Finishing
1. Soak cups in iced water to cool.
2. Pour milk in each cup and put the peel for garnishment.

Instead of tea leaves, rum is also good.
