RECIPE
2. Peel the skin, mash and strain. * Keep the peel to use for garnish. * Canned pumpkin puree is available.

Strain (A) out, add it to the bowl and mix. - (B) 5. Add strained pumpkin and fresh cream to (B) and combine. 5. Spread butter on each cup and pour (B) in. 6. Pour hot water in a plate, place cups and bake them on 150°C for 30 minutes.
