"Steamed pork and bean sprouts"

Steamed dishes are good for your health! You can eat lots of vegetables by this dish.


Japanese

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
100g sliced pork, 1 pack bean sprouts (moyashi), 1/5 daikon (Japanese white radish)
3 tbsp ponzu soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1/2 pack kaiwarena
Shichimitogarashi as needed


1 cup = 200cc / 1tbsp = 15cc / 1 teaspoon = 5cc

RECIPE
Sauce
1. Grate daikon and drain.
2. Add ponzu soy sauce and sesame oil to grated daikon and mix them.
If you like spicy taste, put shichimitogarashi in it.

Preparing
1. If you mind, take off the root of moyashi.
2. Cut sliced pork in 10cm length.
3. Remove the bottom of kaiwarena and wash.

Steam
1. Mix bean sprouts and kaiwarena and spread them on a dish.
2. Place sliced pork on the dish so as to cover the
vegetables. (A)
3. Put (A) in a pressure cooker and steam it for 3-4 minutes.





If you do not have a pressure cooker, cover the dish with wrap film and use
a microwave. In case of a microwave, it takes about 6 minutes.
As you eat, wrap vegetables with pork, and dip in the sauce.
