Today I will try to introduce a simple and tasty dish with good sour flavor.
You can only boil cabbage and sausage with white wine and vinegar. It's
suitable for a party to gather each bringing one dish.

| Ingredients (for 3-4 serving) |
1/2 cabbage, 300g sausage and frankfurter
1 tbsp salad oil, 1 tbsp butter, 1 cup white wine, 1 tbsp wine vinegar
1 piece soup stock, salt and pepper as needed, 1 cup water
This is one of popular soup stock in Japan

RECIPE
Take off the core of cabbage and slice.
1.Spread salad oil and butter in a pot, and cook cabbage.
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper, add white wine, wine vinegar and water and
boil.
3. Put soup stock in a pot and boil it on a medium heat for 20 minutes.
4. Place sausage and frankfurter on the cabbage and boil for 15 minutes.
5. When the moisture became below, mix cabbage and sausages, and adjust with salt and pepper.
Serve mustard as you please. |
