"Chicken wing with garlic flavor"

Ingredients (for 2 serving)
300g chicken wings, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, pepper as needed
3 tbsp olive oil, 1 piece garlic, 1 piece red pepper
1 tbsp flour, 2 bay leaves

RECIPE

PREPARATION
1. Crush garlic
2. Take off the seeds from red pepper and cut in round slices.

3. Sprinkle soy sauce on wing chicken.

4. Put flour, pepper and wing chicken in a plastic bag, let air in it and tighten the mouth.
5. Shake the bag to cover the wing chicken with flour.

COOK

1. Spread olive oil on a skillet, add sliced red pepper and bay leaves, and cook over on a medium heat.
2. Place wing chicken on the skillet and cook.
3. When the wing chicken became brown, roll and bake both side.
4. Turn down the heat, cover the skillet with the lid and bake for 3 minutes.
