"Chocolate Brownie"

Today, I'd like to introduce a recipe of chocolate brownie without using a cake cup.

The harmony of sweet chocolate and slightly bitter coffee makes you happy.

Japanese

Ingredients (for 18cm square baking pan)
100g pancake mix powder, 80g milk chocolate
50g butter,1 egg, 1 egg yolk, 2tbsp hot milk,
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee

Pancake mix powder Instant coffee


1 cup = 200cc / 1tbsp = 15cc / 1 teaspoon = 5cc


RECIPE

Brownie Mixture
1. Cut chocolate fine, put chocolate pieces in a bowl
and dissolve in hot water.

2. Dissolve butter as well.

3. Put egg and egg yolk in a bowl and scramble.
4. Pour the melted chocolate in egg liquid gradually
and mix well. ***

5. Add butter to
(A) little by little. ***(B)
6. Dissolve instant coffee in hot milk, and pour in (B).
7. Finally, add pancake mix powder and mix well so as not to make lump.

Bake
1. Pour brownie mixture into a square baking plate.
2. Bake at 170°C for 15 minutes.
3. Cut into bite size pieces.



Special Brownie
Why don't you try Brownie with whipped fresh cream and walnuts?
In case of adding 40g walnuts, you'd better roast at 150°C for 10 minutes
and do not forget to reduce 40g pancake mix powder.
