"Colorful scrambled eggs"


How about starting Sunday with special scrambled eggs for brunch?
If you like, add mushrooms and sausage.

Ingredients (serving for 4)
"ao-negi"
5 or 6 eggs
1 can SPAM
2 small size potatoes
1/2 bundle of "ao-negi", mince
(Japanese green leek like scallion)
1 tomato
Cheese as needed
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and Pepper as needed
1 tbsp salad oil


Recipe

Preparation
1. Beaten the eggs, salt and pepper together lightly.
2. Cut tomatoes and cheese into 1cm dice.
3. Boil potatoes and peel. Cut them into stick slices and
sprinkle salt and pepper on the potatoes.
4. Mix sugar with soy sauce.
(A)
5. Cut SPAM into stick slices and sauté without salad oil in a
frying pan.
6. Add
(A) to SPAM and remove from the frying pan.

Cooking
1. Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and sauté ao-negi lightly.
2. Pour beaten eggs to the frying pan, add SPAM, potatoes,
tomatoes and mix them lightly.
3. Before turning down the heat, add cheese.
