"Swordfish Meuniere with tomato sauce"


On a hot summer day, why don't you refresh to have a fish dish with tomato sauce. Sour tomato flavor arouse your appetite. This sauce is also available for other whitefish, chicken, pasta, etc.

Ingredients (serving for 4)
4 swordfish fillets, salt and pepper as needed, 1tbsp salad oil,
flour as needed
1 teaspoon fresh minced parsley


[Tomato Sauce]
4 tomatoes
(A) 2/3 teaspoon salt, a pinch of pepper, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice


Recipe

Preparation
1. Season the fillet with salt and pepper and dredge in the flour.
2. Cut tomato into 1 cm square size and mix with
(A).









Cooking
1. Heat salad oil in a frying pan.
2. Cook the fillet at medium heat until both sides turn golden brown.
3. Cover the lid of pan and steam it for 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, serve the fillet on a plate and pour tomato sauce over fishes.
5. Finally, garnish with fresh minced parsley.
