1. Heat salad oil in a frying pan.2. Cook the fillet at medium heat until both sides turn golden brown. 3. Cover the lid of pan and steam it for 2-3 minutes. 4. Remove from heat, serve the fillet on a plate and pour tomato sauce over fishes. 5. Finally, garnish with fresh minced parsley. |
