RECIPE
1. Cut beef into bite-sized pieces and soak them in white wine for 10 minutes. 2. Slice onion thinly about 5mm width. ![]()
1. Put soy sauce, sugar and mirin in a pan, and boil up.2. Add splice beef in the pan and boil for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add onion slices and dashi soup in the pan, and boil down for 5 minutes. (Do not forget putting on the lid.) 4. Stir and boil another 5 minutes.
1. Serve cooked rice in a deep rice bowl and put the beef topping on the top of rice. 2. If you would like, place benishoga (red ginger) on the top.
