When we Japanese eat meal, we start with a word "itadaki-masu" and end
with a word "gochiso-sama-deshita" which means".


*EVENT : "Tsukimi"

"Tsukimi" is enjoying the moonlight. We have a special event of the autumn
night. We will introduce its history and what we do the special night.


*RECIPE: "Katsu-don"

"Katsu-don" is one of popular recipe as "don-buri-mono", which means to
put cooked meal on the rice in a bowl. "Don" stands for "don-buri"(=bowl).
We have many kinds of recipe as "don-buri-mono".
You must be favorite "Katsu-don"!
