"Avocado & Smoked Salmon Salad"


Instead of smoked salmon, tuna fish is also available. And instead of basil paste and mustard, Japanese basil called "SHISO" and WASABI are also good! If you use SHISO, please cut into fine strips.

Ingredients for 4 servings
2 ripe avocados, cut tiny pieces of green leaks, 1/2 lemon, 80g smoked salmon,
50g beans

[Dressing]
(A) 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp sesame powder, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
(B) minced garlic, mustard, basil paste, salt and pepper as needed

RECIPE

Dressing

1. Combine the ingredient (A).
2. Add (B) and season with salt and pepper.


Mix ingredients

1. Cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized.,

2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the avocado meat with an ice cream dipper and peel the skins.

3. Put the avocados in a bowl and mash and add lemon juice to the bowl.

4. Pour the dressing in the bowl.

5. Add beans, green leeks, smoked salmon and blend them well.


6. Garnish sliced bread.
