Soboro is one of toppings and we often sprinkle soboro on steamed rice.
As one of ingredient of other recipes, soboro is very useful.
For example, add soboro to ingredients of croquette and scrambled egg.

400g ground chiken, 1 onion (cut into tiny pieces), 1/2 carrot (cut into
tiny pieces)
5 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp mirin

RECIPE
1. Spread oil on a frying pan and cook chicken, onion and carrot.
2. Add soy sauce, sugar and mirin to the pan and saute until moisture is
almost gone.
