RECIPE
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on sardine fillets.2. Heat olive oil on a pan and saute sliced garlic. 3. Put the sardine in the pan and brown both side until golden. 4. Add white wine and spread basil paste on the skin side.
1. Please use the white part of Naganegi and cut it into 7cm length.2. Place them on a heat-resistant container. 3. Dissolve consomme cube in a cup of water and blend it with white wine, salt and pepper. (A) 4. Wrap (A) in cellophane and heat it for 5 minutes in a microwave. 5. Serve Naganegi pieces with soup on a dish and put the above sardine fillets on it. |
