Recipe
1. Soak Harusame in a liter of hot water for 4 minutes andremove to basket. 2. After Harusame gets cold, cut into 10cm length.3. Put salt in hot water and boil saya-ingen in the hot water. 4. Cut into saya-ingen into bite-sized.
1. Heat salad oil on a pan, cook negi and ginger.2. Put Harusame in the pan and cook. 3. Add cod roe and saya-ingen and mix with sauce (A). |
