"Fried Harusame with Cod Roe"

In the hottest summer, we are liable to lose our appetite, but Harusame is helpful to us because it's like noodle and easy to eat.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
100g Harusame (bean-starch vermicelli), 130g Cod Roe,

Chopped ginger as needed, 1/3 Chopped negi,

4-5 Saya-ingen (kidney bean), 2 tbsp Salad oil,

Salt as needed

(A) 2.5 tbsp Sake, 2 teaspoon Soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon Sugar

Preparation

1. Soak Harusame in a liter of hot water for 4 minutes and
remove to basket.

2. After Harusame gets cold, cut into 10cm length.

3. Put salt in hot water and boil saya-ingen in the hot water.

4. Cut into saya-ingen into bite-sized.



Cook

1. Heat salad oil on a pan, cook negi and ginger.

2. Put Harusame in the pan and cook.

3. Add cod roe and saya-ingen and mix with sauce (A).
