"Rice bowl with cooked pork"


Rice absorbed rich taste of pork and sweetness of cabbagte is so delliious! Cabbage has almost cruncy bite to it, and it satisfies your stomach.

Ingredients (serving for 4)@
White rice 2 cups
Sliced pork 150g
Cabbage 1/6
Chive 6
<Seasoning>
Sake 2tbsp
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon

Recipe

Preparation

1. Wash rice and move to sieve, and leave it for 10 minutes.

2. Chive: Cut into small pieces about 2-3mm

3. Cabbage: Cut into 5mm width.

4. Scliced pork: Cut into 2cm width.

5. Combine sasoning and sliced pork in a bowl.



Cook

1. Put rice in a rice cooker, add water, and leave it for 30 minutes.

2. Place sliced pork on the rice and cook.

3. As rice cooked, add cabbage and chives, and mix them with rice.

4. Serve on the cup bowl or dish.

Instead of sliced pork, minced pork is good taste as well.
If you can get "beni-shoga"(tasted red ginger), please garnish on the top of the bowl.
