Why don't you try Japanese taste spaghetti "Tarako Pasta"?

3 pieces salted cod fish roe (=tarako)
200g pasta
3tbsp butter
1 tea spoon "Kombucha"
Soy sauce and olive oil as needed
tbsp = tablespoon
What is Kombucha?
Kombucha is made by tangleweed, which is sold new type of tea at the beginning,
but now it's widely used as seasoning and subtle flavor of dishes.
Kombu = tangleweed
Cha = tea

1. Melt butter at room temperature.
2. Cut the casing on the roe, take the eggs out with spoon.
Mix the roe with olive oil, and leave 1/3 of the mixture.
3. Blend 2/3 of the mixture, butter, konbu-cha and soy sauce together.

4. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
5. Dress the pasta with sauce (A)
6. Serve the pasta on a plate and garnish the remaining roe mixture.
If you have nori (seaweeed), it's good for garnish as well.
If you would not like raw cod roe, please heat the roe in a microwave.
And if you do not have Konbu-cha, katsuo-dashi is available.
